I work to treat every customer the way I would like to be treated. I explain things to them not just using bank terms, but terms people can understand, and encourge them to ask questions. I am available to them when they need something, not just in the beginning to get their business.

BSB is a unique bank because we put our customers first. We don't just look at numbers when we make loan decisions, we look at the individual. It isn't just black and white.

One thing people are surprised to find out is that I enjoy rock music: Disturbed and Def Leppard, just to name a few groups. I also enjoy watching horror movies.

I have been in banking for 40 years, and I've spent all 40 at BSB!
